Wesson Bothma is a well established accounting practice in Cape Town, South Africa. They have a diverse client base which includes individuals, companies, close corporations and trusts. The accounting practice predominantly concentrates on the SMME market (Small, medium and micro enterprises) to assist clients with the enormous task of complying with all the relevant statutory requirements that are placed on business owners in South Africa. Wesson Bothma offer a range of professional services including the statutory registrations required from businesses in order to operate a business.
What sets them apart from their competitors is the fact that one of their professional accounts managers is allocated to each client. This reduces the amount of contact persons to one.
The Challenge
In the current economic environment Wesson Bothma realized that they would need to adapt their marketing strategies. Realizing the need to communicate with their current and potential future clients they subscribed to GraphicMail to assist them with this. Previously they had used different mass mail software, however, they found that the software was not user friendly and that you needed background coding in order to setup the mails and to maintain the mailing lists. It also offers a great stats element that will track all your mail campaigns. It monitors the mails delivered, opened, forwarded, deleted, newly subscribed and unsubscribed member to name a few.
