Annual internship program

The GraphicMail annual intern program is an awesome oppertunity for undergradute students looking for a summer intership in the software industfry to travel to Cape Town, South Africa and work at the same time. You'll be given a real project to work on and get exposed to everything from coding, interface design, marketing, to support and testing.

Support Technician to provide Helpdesk support to end users.

To support our clients you will possess:

*	1+ years experience in an IT support environment.
*	Experienced in all Microsoft products and MS Office applications, Web browsers IE + FireFox
*	Strong HTML experience essential
*	Ability to use own initiative, investigate and resolve problems and communicate this effectively with end users. Awareness and quick escalation very important.
*	Experienced in customer support, digital dictation and telephone systems required.
*	You will be service orientated and customer focused individual.
