Our image editor lets you edit images simply. You are able to work in layers; letting you change the text within images and ensure that your images are correctly positioned. You are also able to drag and drop images from you desktop into your template.

Import from Word or an HTML program

Don't know a thing about HTML? You can import your newsletter as a Word document, complete with images! If you do possess some design skills you can create your email newsletter in Dreamweaver or Frontpage and simply upload it to your GraphicMail account.

Attach files

Attaching PDF, Excel and Word files to the emails you send through GraphicMail is just as easy as with your regular mail client.

Embed images

Your clients don't want to get broken image symbols in your email! You can avoid this by embedding the images in your emails. This way the images will display immediately in your clients' inboxes when they receive your newsletter.

Image library

HTML Optimizer

The HTML optimiser reviews your HTML email across all major email clients. Should there be any problems with your HTML coding it then provides you with a report that automotically tells you how to fix your email.
