Send activity reports lets you view who received the send and why delivery failed to others. The reports also show statistics relating to recipients that have opened your HTML email and how many times the links in your newsletter were clicked.

We use an ISP feedback loop to ensure that all emails continue to be delivered at major ISPs. It allows you to view who clicked on ‘Report Spam’ with a specific ISP. If one of your recipients clicks on 'Report Spam' we'll automatically block them from your list, so they won't hamper your future deliverability.
Viral tracking report analytics
GraphicMail clients are segmented according to their complaint rates. If you have a history of responsible list management; and low unsubscribe, abuse complaint and bounce rates, you'll experience higher delivery rates than clients who do not. You can also ask for your own dedicated IP address.
