GraphicMail will then automatically block that recipient from your list, to prevent that person from negatively affecting your future deliverability.

GraphicMail segments clients according to complaint rates. Delivery rates of users with a history of responsible list management, low abuse complaints and low unsubscribe and bounce rates; will be higher than those that do not.
