You do this by creating links to your subscription form on your website or from your social media platform. There are several ways of creating links using the GraphicMail application, some of which include text links, using your own images and even embedding your links.

Let's elaborate a bit!

Text Link

Create the words for your text link and then copy and paste the code into your website. Remember, keep your message short and simple!

Upload your own button/s or use GraphicMail buttons

If you don't want to use the buttons we have provided, then upload your own images and use them as links from your website to your subscription form. Simply upload a subscribe, unsubscribe and profile button. Select "create code" and we'll generate the code for you to paste into your website.

The quick subscriber form and embed form

Select your mailing list, paste the code we provide you with into your HTML and a subscription field with a "submit" button will appear on your website. The quick subscribe is basically an email field with a sign me up button and is very effective for email capture. If you want to collect more than the email address during the sign-up then use the embed form menu.

To embed a form on your website is really simple. We provide you with the code and you copy and paste into the area of your website where you would like your sign up section to be. The beauty of this feature is that you can implement the subscription code onto your social media platform and get potential subscribers to sign up for your newsletter via your Facebook page!

Autoresponders

Autoresponders are useful communication tools and ensure the user has a confirmation that their email has been received. When users subscribe and unsubscribe, you can choose to send your client a confirmation email and you can even send follow up autoresponders.

Once you have created the perfect subscription form don't forget to preview it ! Good luck with getting new subscribers!
