How does it work?
Sign up for a webinar hosted by one of our savvy support team members. Simply select the date when you would like to participate and click on the adjacent “join webinar” link. You will then be taken to a page hosted by Gotowebinar, where you will need to enter your details. After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the Webinar. Our webinars are done over VOIP – no call costs! We recommend you use a headset for your webinar session, as it provides the best quality when using VOIP.
Our webinar sessions are scheduled to run over 40 to 45 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes Q&A at the end of every session. Take this opportunity to ask all those questions you've been dying to ask GraphicMail, or listen to what other users have to say.
You can also post questions and comments to Twitter during any live webinar sessions, simply add @graphicmail to your tweet.
